Can we move our Yotpo Loyalty members over?

Answer

Yes. In Yotpo Loyalty go to Customers and export the list - it downloads directly with each balance. Import it in Noli and members keep their points.

Question

We also use Yotpo Reviews. Do we have to leave it?

Answer

No. Noli replaces the loyalty part; keep the reviews tool you have. If you want, Noli can also collect reviews itself, in the WhatsApp or Viber chat after an order.
