Connect Noli to your stack.
Noli runs your loyalty program wherever your customers already are. Pick the platform you sell on, wire it up once, and the points, rewards and AI agent follow.
Start with your store
Everything begins with the store connection - that is what tells Noli who your customers are and when they buy. Choose the guide that matches your platform:
Shopify
Install the app, place the loyalty blocks, and turn on in-cart redemption.
WooCommerce
Install the plugin, wire seamless login, and auto-apply reward coupons.
Any website
One script tag puts Noli on a custom site, Webflow, Wix or plain HTML.
Not sure which one? If you are on Shopify, use the Shopify app - it installs the widget, in-cart redemption and order tracking in one step. On WordPress with WooCommerce, use the plugin. Anything else - custom build, Webflow, Wix, plain HTML - takes the one-line script from Any website.
What you get once it is connected
- Points on every order - awarded automatically when an order is paid, matched to the customer by email or phone.
- The AI agent on your storefront - answers questions, recommends products, and knows each customer's tier and balance.
- A branded customer portal - on your own domain, installable as an app.
- Reward redemption - one click in the cart on Shopify, an auto-applied coupon on WooCommerce, a code everywhere else.
Channels
Where the messages actually land. Most merchants run two or three of these - email for everyone, Viber or WhatsApp for the people who read them, SMS for the rest.
Campaigns & automations
Automations handle the moments that repeat; campaigns handle the ones you decide on. Both draft themselves and wait for your approval.
Tools & developers
Noli talks to the tools you already run, and exposes its own program data for you to build on.
Klaviyo
Send campaigns through your Klaviyo account and pull its predictive data in.
Opt-in forms
Collect a phone number, verify it by SMS, and record marketing consent.
Merchant Copilot (MCP)
Connect your loyalty program to Claude or any MCP client.
REST API
Points, customers, rewards and transactions over HTTP.
Two keys, and what each one may do
Most integrations use one of two credentials. Knowing which is which saves a lot of debugging - and one security incident.
| Key | Safe in the browser? | What it unlocks |
|---|---|---|
pk_live_โฆ publishable | Yes - like a Stripe pk_ | Read + chat. Identifies your business to the widget and opt-in forms. |
| Signing secret / secret key | No - server-side only | Seamless login and write access. Never print it in page source or commit it. |
Both are issued in the Noli admin under Settings โ Integrations. You can pin a key to a list of allowed domains there, which is worth doing once your integration is live.
