Merchant Copilot over MCP.

Noli ships a full MCP server, so the Copilot you use in the admin can also run inside Claude or any MCP-capable assistant. Same 40 actions, same approval gates, same tenant scope.

Connect from claude.ai or Claude Desktop

The quickest route - OAuth, no key to manage.

  1. Open Settings → Connectors

    In claude.ai or Claude Desktop, choose Add custom connector.

  2. Paste the connector URL
    https://app.heynoli.ai/mcp
  3. Log in and choose permissions

    You are asked to sign in to Noli and pick what the connector may do. Read-only is a sensible place to start; you can widen it later.

Connect from Claude Code

One command, same OAuth flow:

claude mcp add --transport http noli https://app.heynoli.ai/mcp

Claude Code opens the browser for you to authorise, then the Noli tools are available in that project.

Using an API key instead

For headless clients, CI, or an MCP client without OAuth support, issue a key in the Noli admin under Settings → Copilot and send it as a bearer token:

Keys are shown once at creation and can be revoked from the same page. Treat one like a password - it carries whatever permissions you granted it.

Settings → Copilot. A key carries only the permissions you tick — read, draft or activate.

Guardrails

  • Approval required. Rewards, tiers, automations and sends are created as drafts. Activating one is a separate, explicit call.
  • Scoped to your business. Every action is bound to your account server-side. There is no cross-tenant read.
  • Margin-protected. Reward and discount proposals are checked against your economics before they are offered.
