Campaigns you approve, not compose.
A campaign is a one-off send to a segment you choose. Noli sizes the audience, drafts the copy and the visual, and waits for you to say yes. Automations cover the recurring moments; campaigns cover the ones you decide on.
The shape of a send
- Pick who it goes to
A tier, an RFM segment, customers who have not ordered in N days, or a Klaviyo segment if you connected one. Noli tells you how many people that is before you write a word.
- Choose the channel
Email, Viber or SMS. Viber and SMS need the relevant channel set up first - see Viber, SMS.
- Let the AI draft it
Subject, body and visual, in your brand voice, aware of your catalogue and the segment you picked. Edit anything you disagree with.
- Schedule or send
Nothing leaves until you confirm. Scheduled sends can be cancelled while they wait.
What a send costs
Campaigns run on credits. There are two charges, and SMS is counted differently:
| Charge | Rate |
|---|---|
| Per campaign | 5 credits, flat, whatever the size |
| Email or Viber message | 0.4 credits each, at the default Viber rate |
| SMS | 0.6 credits per segment — not per message |
A segment is 160 characters in Latin script but only 67 in Cyrillic, so a long Bulgarian message can be two or three segments and cost two or three times what you expected. See SMS.
Check the audience size before scheduling. The cost scales linearly with it, and a segment that looked small in your head is often several thousand people. The estimate is on screen for exactly this reason.
The campaign calendar
Rather than starting from a blank page every month, Noli can plan one for you. The calendar lays out a month of sends built around real retail moments, on the channels you have enabled, each one a draft you can open, edit or delete.
It runs automatically towards the end of each month, so next month's plan is waiting when you need it. Nothing in the calendar sends itself - every entry is still a draft until you schedule it.
The planner deliberately sticks to secular holidays and retail moments. If a date matters to your audience and it is not there, add it yourself - the planner is a starting point, not a rulebook.
Reading the result
After a send you get delivery, opens and clicks per campaign. More usefully, ask the Merchant Copilot to analyse it: it compares the campaign against your own history rather than an industry average, and says what to change - a different segment, a different hour, a different offer.
Revenue attribution is separate from open rates and stricter: an order counts as influenced only if the customer actually engaged with something Noli sent shortly before buying.
Campaigns or automations?
| Use a campaign when | Use an automation when |
|---|---|
| The moment is a date - a sale, a launch, a holiday. | The moment is a customer action - an order, a birthday, going quiet. |
| You want to look at it before it goes. | You want it handled without you. |
| The audience is a segment you picked today. | The audience is whoever qualifies, whenever they qualify. |
Most merchants end up with a handful of automations doing the steady work and a campaign every week or two on top. See Automations.
