- Works with Shopify (native app: https://apps.shopify.com/noli-loyalty), WooCommerce (WordPress plugin) and any other store through an order API.
- Plans (EUR): Loyalty €49/month with no order limit (points, VIP tiers, rewards, referrals, checkout blocks, 250 credits a month). Co-Pilot €249/month, or €199/month billed yearly (adds WhatsApp, proactive messages, AI campaigns and automations, the Merchant Copilot, 1,250 credits a month). Scale €499/month, or €399/month billed yearly (several Shopify markets, 2,500 credits a month). Enterprise on contract.
- No paid plan has an order limit or order overage fees.
- Modules at €99/month each: Viber (the agent on the store's own Viber bot), Support (shared team inbox with order actions and translation), Social + Comments (Instagram and Facebook; coming soon).
- Credits pay for work the agent does: 1 credit per AI conversation (everything a customer writes within 30 minutes), 0.2 per WhatsApp message, 0.4 per Viber message, 0.6 per SMS segment, 5 per AI-drafted campaign. Extra packs: €49 for 250, €99 for 500, €299 for 1,500; bought credits last 90 days.
- A 14-day Co-Pilot trial starts when the store's loyalty program goes live.
- Control: campaigns, rewards and automations start as drafts that the merchant approves; automations can keep a random control group to measure what they add; order actions (address change, cancelling an unshipped order) are off by default and need a one-time code from the customer.
- Channels: branded customer portal (installable, with push), email from the store's own domain, SMS, WhatsApp, Viber.
- Noli is an EU company; explicit opt-in is the default and consent is recorded per channel.
